The Question Response Set table maintains checklist responses. A question response set holds all available responses that can be selected by an actor when signing off the checklist question, such as YES, NO, and N/A. The responses entered in the question response set are displayed in a drop down list when signing off the checklist question.
User Rights
The following rights must be assigned to a user for that user to manage or view question response sets:

Allows the administrator to add new, modify existing, or delete question response sets. |

QNR_VIEW |
Allows the user to access, select, and view Question Response Set records. |
